Scope: Three-year maintenance and remodeling contract of bathrooms and kitchen for 20,000 square foot commercial facility; consisted of framing and fine carpentry, drywall, interior and exterior painting, installation of ceramic floors, handyman services and plumbing. Highlights: Regular maintenance such as emergency of plumbing, electrical service.

- HRY Designs

Contract, 2012.
Scope: Two-month contract for 20,000 square foot condo remodeling; including carpentry, drywall, interior painting, and full kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Highlights: Met budget by full restoration of parquet floor which allow destining more budget for achieving a state of the art kitchen and bath.

Contract, 2007-2010 Bethesda and Silver Spring, MD.
Scope: Three-year maintenance contract including painting for combined 20,000 square foot commercial and residential. Highlights: Customized color selection for interior walls in properties for sale.
